Pride History

The Pridelands. A beautiful territory that is coveted by most other pride's in the area. The reign of Ahadi and Uru has been strained, but they did their best. With the violent death of Ahadi, by the teeth of rogue's, did his son take the throne. Mufasa was raised from birth to take over the kingdom when something happened to his father. Instead of exiling his brother Taka, he allowed him to stay with him to help protect the land from intruders. However, there is a darkness in Scar that continues to grow by the day. This darkness began when he was a mere cub, when his father would neglect him in favor of his brother.

Around this time in his life Taka met a hyena mother by the name of Fabana. This hyena fed him lies and deceit that has never left his heart. Instead of being around the pride he would go and spend countless hours with the hyena clan. They felt more like family then his actual family. Fabana continued to feed him lies, and when he was a older teenager it hit the breaking point. Which ended up giving him his scar across his eye.

He gave up when Mufasa assumed the throne, and he was even happy for him when Simba was born. That darkness slowly returned and in that darkness did he cause his nephew to die in a horrible stampede.

Now the pride mourns deeply for the loss of their prince. King Mufasa and his queen Sarabi barely leave the den. The Kingdom is slowly falling into Scar's paws without much trouble. Someone has to lead the pride while his brother mourns for his cub. Scar is doing his best to get the lionesses on his side, with them he could take the throne.

News has hit the pride that a new pride has moved into the Outlands next door to the Kingdom.
