Clan History

Up until the time Fabana ruled the Clan, life had been peaceful. When she took over the clan from her mother, she began to make changes. Fabana was always power driven and wanted nothing more than to rule over the Pride lands, making them into the Clan lands. She found her chance in the young prince Taka, a lion cub that felt depressed and angry over his father's neglect. She took the young lion in, treated him like one of her own pups. Of course she began to whisper dark things to him, making him more angry and jealous of his family. She raised her daughter Shenzi along side of Taka, and made sure they became really good friends.

Fabana stepped down when her eldest daughter became an adult. Shenzi took the reigns of the clan, and continued her mother's plot. She genuinely cares for Taka, but she wants her clan to prosper more. The clan continued to corrupt the prince, and slowly made him hate his family and pride.

When Mufasa took the throne the clan calmed down, allowing Scar to stew in his anger. Over time that anger grew deeper and deeper. He asked one day for Shenzi and her two friends to start a stampede in the Pridelands, which they did without complaint. In that incident the prince Simba was killed. The pride went into mourning.

Now Shenzi is patiently waiting for Scar to allow her clan into the Pridelands. With each passing day her own anger grows as they are ignored.
